Mother's Day . . .

Mother's Day is approaching, the sun is beginning to make itself known, and now is the time to make sure to capture those moments with mom "in-front" of the camera rather than behind it! I know I even fail at this at times, but I think it is so important for mom's to be in the pictures so that as our kids grow older, not only do we treasure the images, but they do as well.

A Rainy Day . . .{Portland Family Photographer}

I was crossing my fingers before this session for some sunshine but it ended up raining all day. We took advantage of the warmth and light inside the house and let me say, this family was a joy to photograph, these girls were so much fun. After getting some shots inside, this family was awesome and agreed to brave the rain and get some more pictures. I have to say, they are among my favorites! So, my fellow Northwesterners, don't let the rain stop you from getting family pictures, cause it can be done!! :)
